Process to Path: An artist’s journey of exploration rooted in stories and spirituality

Ojas Art presents a new solo exhibition ‘Process to Path’ by storyteller and artist, Abhishek Singh, who through his fantastical lens infuses his artworks with a deep reverence for the natural world and its species.

Abhishek will display more than 20 artworks on acrylic, ink and gouache, on mediums like paper and canvas at ‘Process to Path’. The highlight is one of his magnum opus live paintings ‘Elephants can Fly’ created at the Jaipur Literature Festival 2024. This artwork also scripts the beginning of a new mythological narrative centred around elephants. 

Interestingly, the piece also served as inspiration for Abhishek’s book, Hymns of Medhini, in the following year. This will be the first time that the completed painting will be on display. 

“Art in its core is sacred, because it intuitively acknowledges life around and within us as one,” says the author of the recently published books, Namaha, Purnam and Sarvam.
